Works in the Senior Management department and is considered the backbone of the group. He left his studies in the second semester of first year high school with 62% for health and family reasons to focus on his professional career.
Expert in technology, cybersecurity, programming, and other fields since 2018, and expert in commerce and marketing since 2024. He leads the company's strategic vision to achieve its mission and goals, is fully responsible for all its strategies and plans, makes major decisions, attracts major clients from merchants, establishments, and government entities, and supervises all departments.
He is the founder, owner, and CEO of the group since its establishment, with extensive and deep experience across all its departments without exception, having started as a freelancer with no financial or symbolic capital, relying solely on his experience, self-learning, and personal computer, which granted him those experiences. He does not stop at a certain level of learning.

Assistant and EVP, Bachelor's graduate in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Al-Baha University (2025) with technical, analytical, and field experience.
She supports the CEO in organizing and managing the group's business, monitoring project and task execution, coordinating with different teams and departments, ensuring workflow and resolving operational issues, communicating with clients and partners, representing the group at official meetings, preparing periodic reports, strategies, plans, studies, policies, and budgets and approving them to ensure achievement of the group's strategic and organizational goals according to its approved policies.
She relies on her technical and analytical experience including app development, database management, UI design, data analysis, and cybersecurity to improve and enhance workflow efficiency and make well-considered executive decisions that reinforce business continuity and institutional performance quality.

Bachelor's graduate in Information Systems Science from Umm Al-Qura University (2025), with strong practical experience as a Full-Stack Developer, having participated in developing several systems and digital applications using Python, Django, React, Laravel, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, with skills in UI design, database management, and web applications.
She oversees organizing operations, monitoring project execution, and ensuring integration of operational, technical, and academic aspects to serve the group's strategic goals. She contributes to planning, time and resource management, improving workflow efficiency, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, and representing the group in business and project-related meetings.
She excels in monitoring operational and technical issues, analyzing them, and making executive decisions that support business continuity and institutional performance quality, with commitment to the group's approved policies and standards.

EVP from Aug 29, 2025 to Feb 11, 2026, worked as Business Manager then EVP, responsible for the business management department and developing the company's business. He supervised the company's business operations and coordinated among different departments, ensuring efficient implementation of strategies. He has experience in administrative coordination and good professional traits such as the ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and professional passion. His responsibilities included: managing, organizing, and developing business, communicating with some clients and partners, attending meetings to close deals and sales and contracts, contributing to strategic planning, time management, and problem-solving. He fulfilled the assigned tasks within the scope of the position's responsibilities during his tenure with the group, and his contract was terminated by mutual consent between both parties.
