Under this agreement, the first party—our company—represented by CEO Mohammed AL-Shahrani, is responsible for software and academic aspects, including software development, contract management, client communication, and full supervision of the technical and software component of projects.
In return, the second party—procode—represented by Relations and Meetings Officer and authorized signatory Salma Mohammed, is responsible for executing technical and engineering aspects related to hardware and explaining them to clients when necessary, relying on the technical expertise and advanced operational capabilities of their distinguished team.
