Ibn Mubarak AL-Shahrani Group LLC is proud to announce today, Dec 29, 2025 (10 Rajab 1447 H), the signing of a technical and strategic partnership agreement between its personal brand "Tler AL-Shahrani," represented by Group CEO Mohammed AL-Shahrani in his capacity as Co-Founder, Managing Board Member, and CTO of Hackora Cyber Academy, and Hackora Cyber Academy represented by Reem Bint Ateeq AL-Qarhi, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and authorized signatory.
This partnership represents a qualitative shift in the relationship between both parties, aiming to enhance the academy's technical and educational services, develop its educational platform in the field of cybersecurity and ethical hacking, with a focus on delivering an interactive and practical learning experience that aligns with the latest international standards and supports learners in acquiring advanced practical and theoretical skills.
The partnership share is 10%, with our company undertaking full responsibility for the technical and strategic aspects of the academy, including:
- Designing and developing user interfaces and digital learning experience in an interactive and flexible manner.
- Managing servers, databases, and the platform's internal infrastructure to ensure stable and reliable performance.
- Securing the platform against cyber threats and protecting student data and educational content, with the application of the latest protection protocols.
- Managing educational and technical content, and developing supportive smart systems such as control panels, interactive training labs, and AI tools to support safe practical learning.
This partnership came after joint efforts spanning several months since Feb 11, 2025, including studying platform requirements, designing technical solutions, testing systems and preparing the core infrastructure, preparing a comprehensive feasibility study covering the technical, financial, legal, and marketing aspects, in addition to developing growth and expansion plans to ensure the launch of an integrated, secure, and seamless educational environment for students.
Our company's contribution also extends to the strategic and executive dimension, including overseeing the formulation of vision, mission, and objectives, developing operational and marketing strategies, monitoring execution plans, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality and professionalism, while protecting the academy's reputation, preserving intellectual property rights, and ensuring data confidentiality.
